School of Nursing & Health Innovations Junior Transfer Application Information

Applicants interested in transferring to the School of Nursing & Health Innovations bachelor of science in nursing program, must complete the required Prerequisites prior to entering the program. The Office of Admissions will begin accepting transfer student applications starting September 1, 2020 to February 1, 2021. Applicants will learn the status of their application by early March 2021. Applicants accepted to the program begin classes summer semester 2022 (May start).

Application information can be found on the Office of Admissions website. The application is submitted electronically with the University’s transfer student application or the Common Application. Supporting documents can be delivered in various methods:

Items to be delivered in person must arrive within business hours, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

• We accept "electronic certified” transcripts sent by a school registrar office on behalf of the student.
• Official documents such as transcripts cannot be sent to this email by the applicant.
• Supplemental application materials can be emailed to nursing in PDF format (Example: Resume, letters of recommendation, personal statement etc).

Items sent to the nursing email must be arrive by 11:59 pm, February 1, 2021.
