Erica Bailey, MS, RN, CNE is an instructor and Clinical Relations Specialist at the University of Portland, School of Nursing & Health Innovations. She also serves as Vice President of the Black Nurses Association of Oregon, and founder of the Nurses of Color Collective, LLC. Erica has a great capacity to motivate and inspire others to find their voice. Her dedication to the profession of nursing and health equity are matched by her fierce commitment to social justice, community building and collective care. When she’s not watching Netflix shows with her teenage daughter, you can find Erica researching Portland’s best vegan restaurant.
