DIRECTIONS:
1. Click on the link above
2. Click on the purple text: " register "
3. Follow the directions for Visiting Student or Intern.
4. Login name: your last name and first initial
5. Click on Register. You will go back to the screen where it asked you
to " register " in purple text. Enter your newly created username
and password and follow the directions.
6. Take the HIPPA, Respect at the University, Integrity Education, Integrity Foundations and
Patient Confidentiality courses (all certificates)
7. Print all the certificates and take it with you to get your ID badge
and Parking pass up at OHSU ( Doernbecher)
