Clinical Requirements

Clinical requirements are to be completed and submitted to the appropriate offices upon entrance into the program. Clinical requirements must be kept current throughout the nursing program. The documentation will be reviewed initially upon entrance to the nursing program and prior to each semester until program completion.

Students are required to provide information regarding the following clinical practice requirements prior to admittance to the clinical area. These requirements may incur a cost to the student.
