Vicki Ericson, DNP, FNP, is the director of the doctor of nursing practice program and an assistant professor. She earned a bachelor of arts and master of arts degree in nursing from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, MN, with certification as an adult nurse practitioner. She attended The George Washington University in Washington, DC, to obtain post-master’s certification as a family nurse practitioner. She completed a doctor of nursing practice degree at the University of Minnesota.
Her teaching interests include clinical management of complex and chronic health problems and experiential learning activities. She has a strong clinical background in primary care and in emergency department care as nurse practitioner.
